Andreas was involved in the peace building process in Colombia. During this work, he got to know the cocoa and the people who grow it. Both have grown close to his heart. Back in Switzerland, he founded his own craft chocolate label together with his partner Sibylle. As a small Tree to Bar label, they do everything themselves, from selecting the beans from the farmers to the finished bar.

The best raw materials, careful craftsmanship, living prices for the small farmers and intact ecosystems are part of it. After all, the products of Cacao de Corazón should bring joy to EVERYONE.

KARUNA CHOCOLATE

Katja & Armin are South Tyrol's chocolate pioneers. A simple trip to South India in 2014 would soon turn their lives upside down. By chance they came across the topic of chocolate, started to make chocolate as a hobby, and soon the idea came up to turn the hobby into their job. For months the two of them researched and fiddled about, even Armin's brother & father took part. In 2018 the first chocolates of the two finally came to the market. But the thirst for knowledge did not stop there, as they keep on trying to deepen their knowledge and use only the best ingredients for their bars.

At Dos Estaciones, environmental protection is a particular concern, which is why they get their electricity from renewable sources, focus on low-waste, and use sustainable packaging. In addition to chocolate, they offer a wide range of delicious chocolate creations. Check out the quality for yourself at EuroBean!

Krak Chocolade

A recurring theme has been running through the life of Mark Schimmel since he was 14: chocolate! In 2011 he began to fulfill his life's dream, ordered cocoa beans and two years of learning later Krak Chocolade was born.

Mark developed his own style. Each bag of cocoa beans - each harvest is different from the previous - and it's the chocolate maker's job to get the most out of each bean.

He started to try all sorts of hobbies until he finally came across the manufacturing process of bean-to-bar chocolate. Just a year later, Mike decided to quit his job, with a little money saved, and became one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate makers in his country.
