Mānoa Chocolate Hawaii
Under the leadership of Dylan Butterbaugh, the Hawaii-based company Mānoa has been producing bean-to-bar chocolate since 2010. Only ecologically high-quality cocoa beans from regional cultivation are processed.
Dandelion Chocolate shows what happens when passionate chocolate lovers put their passion into practice. What began in the home kitchen is now one of the biggest chocolaty success stories - they became part of the New American Chocolate Movement.
Choco Del Sol - Chocolate Factory
Our chocolate maker with a home advantage, Choco Del Sol, is dedicated to the bean-to-bar production of tempting fairtrade organic chocolate under Patrick Walter.
The family-run chocolate factory Edelmond gives the unique chocolate handcraft a new glow. With traditional recipes and historical chocolate machines, the Spreewald region conjures up the most delicious cocoa delicacies from beans to finished bars.
The family business from the Czech Republic, managed by Jitka Herůfková and her husband Michal Herufek, specialises in the production of the finest chocolate creations. Since 2013 Herufek has been producing selected chocolate truffles and pralines, based on old traditions, with as many raw materials as possible from home and of course "bean-to-bar".
Svenska Kakaobolaget are the Bean-To-Bar Chocolate Maker Ulrika and Fredrik from Sweden, who founded their company in 2014. They have found their mission in producing special and unique chocolate that goes against the traditional mainstream and where every bite is an experience. They therefore attach great importance to finding cocoa beans with unusual and special flavours from all over the world.
Parliament Chocolate's small team comes from sunny California. They attach importance to putting love into every step of their production process in order to achieve the best possible product and bring new, exciting wind into the world of chocolate. It also maintains close contact with local farmers and their families and pays them a wage above market value. Parliament Chocolate's team ensures that the hard work and dedication of farmers is fairly rewarded and that the cocoa beans are of excellent quality for their chocolate. Because only good social, agricultural and economic values result in great chocolate.
The word raaka, which means raw in Finnish, is Raaka Chocolate's program. The funny bunch from New York produces delicious and creative chocolates from cocoa beans, which are not only bean-to-bar but also raw.

The new founders from Belize probably have one of the best locations for our chocolate exhibitors, because cocoa grows right outside their doors. Their motto "tree-to-bean-to-bar" is more than easy to implement and conjures up a chocolate that is not only fair but also damn delicious.
In 2018 we will once again welcome Coco Caravan from England, who specialise in raw, vegan and gluten-free chocolate. Founded in 2013 by Jacques Cop, the Manufactory derives its values from its passion for the environment, its appreciation of good food and the deep conviction that all living beings on earth deserve fair treatment. With raw Criollo cocoa, refined with creamy coconut blossom syrup, Coco Caravan creates a smooth chocolate with a pure taste. As a visitor to the EuroBean Chocolate Festival you can look forward to authentic, raw vegan chocolate that Coco Caravan produces with passion.
From Victoria in Canada come the Chocolate Maker from Sirene Chocolate. The Bean-To-Bar company sources its cocoa beans from six different countries, including Madagascar and Guatemala, and creates unique chocolate from fairtrade cocoa beans. From fruity, lemony, to floral or tart, all flavours can be found in the different Sirene Chocolate bars when you give the delicious bite of your chocolate time to melt in your mouth.
Choco Card from Hungary is a small family business that was born in 2011 out of a passion for chocolate and creative work. Izabella and her husband now want to stir up the fine and colourful world of chocolate even more and are therefore in a bit of a change. Their sweet temptations are now also produced bean-to-bar.
The Bean-To-Bar newcomer Tafelwerk comes from Dresden. Since March 2018 Roland Schulze and Ulrike Hörenz have been the new faces of the chocolate world. They create their dark chocolate from cocoa beans, to which only birch sugar is added in order to sell a little sweet and sugar-free chocolate. They are fighting the sugar addiction of society. At the EuroBean Chocolate Festival they also visit us at Rochsburg Castle and present their sugar-free chocolates to a chocolate-enthusiastic audience!

French Broad Chocolates imports cocoa from controlled cultivation and transforms it into fine chocolate. The flavours of cocoa, combined with carefully selected ingredients, provide inspiration for a compendium of sweets and desserts for their customers in Asheville USA and beyond.

Timbercoast stands for sustainable sea transport. AtEuroBean 2018 they will present the topic of climate-friendly transport of goods by wind power and present the specially sailed rum, grain and gin.
