Principles of the EuroBean Chocolate Festival
Yes, it may sound unusual – but we believe even a chocolate festival needs guiding principles that help us, our visitors, and our exhibitors stay oriented and connected.
The EuroBean Chocolate Festival celebrates the art and diversity of handcrafted chocolate in 2025 at the Industrial Museum in Chemnitz. As part of the European Capital of Culture program, the festival transforms the museum into a vibrant chocolate marketplace where chocolate makers from all over the world – especially Europe – showcase their creations.
Chocolate with Values
From origin and cultivation to processing and trade: the festival invites you to rediscover chocolate from bean to bar. In addition to tastings, workshops and live demonstrations, we shine a spotlight on the values behind real Bean-to-Bar chocolate: transparency, sustainability, fairness and craftsmanship.
